You live 45 minutes from New Haven? I live like 10 minutes from New Haven! Where do you live? I'm in North Haven.
If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.

Ferris-area stuff:
  • Walker Texas Ranger
Prison Break (the train scene at the end of the season, as well as some other outdoor stuff; a lot of other stuff was filmed in Palmer, the next town to the south)
    Some music video
    Cops (Ellis County Sheriff)
I remember being around four or five (twenty now) and seeing that episode of Cops with my dad; we were (and still are) avid viewers of that show.

I'd love to have a long list but for some reason any movie that is about the Detroit area isn't really filmed here.

Grosspoint Blank, they film the scene their driving down Jefferson here, the rest was somewhere else.
Four Brohters, there were a few scenes that were filmed in Detroit I think the ones involving the river.

There was a movie called a Killing Tide, or a Killer Tide, something like that. It was filmed almost exclusively in my home-town of Mount Clemens. I never heard what happened to it, I don't think it ever made it to the silver screen.

10 THings I hate about you was filmed at my High School, and my brother was actually a student there at that time. Pissed me off though because the make Stadium High School (which is in Tacoma, WA) look like it was in Seattle. But, anyhow, still pretty cool I think.

Parts of the movie Me, Myself, and Irene were filmed in Burlington VT. (next town over from me)

The movie Meet the Deedles was almost completely filmed literally right across the street from my grandparents cabin in Utah. sorry it wasn't in yellow stone...

ohhh and Super Troopers was based in VT but there really isn't a town here named Spurbury... and it wasn't filmed here.

I think most of the Disney Channel's original movies are filmed here in Utah. 8)
