nice chucks
i wonder what my martial arts instuctor would say if i brought thos into my class?
i will post my pics (minus start/select buttons) once photobucket uploads them.
and the start and select will be placed wherever it remains comfortable to use them but remain out of the way

I just finished my old idea today and it may qualify. It isn't very interesting but Ive wanted a controller like this since the first day I played a n64. Here are some pictures:

I lost the Z (wired as L) button. My clear coat reacted withe the paint on the top half differently than the bottom half, so it looks kind of odd. That aside it feels great.

The semi complete onehanded nes controller
it was originally half of a psone controller and the entire right side, top with the d-pad and the a and b buttons are made from bondo.
i know the start and select are not on yet but i am buying them this week and they will be placed wherever it is most comfortable to use them yet remain out of the way during play but man it is quite comfortable to hold and i cant wait to try playing mario with it
and as my first hack/mod using bondo i think it turned out allright, because bondo is the stuff dreams are made out of............ i mean cases.
more pics will come soon

Nice SNES controller.Triton wrote:well my sister is an idiot and left our camera in a friends car so no new pics >.> here are the build log pics tho!
this was the day i started, began with a SNES superpad by performance and an already split in half n64 controller.
second day i worked on it, first layer of bondo, added the bottom part of the snes controller and did more shapeing and added in some marine putty for structure, also worked on the back of the controller
3rd time i worked on it sanded the bondo. after this i did a few more layers of bondo and filled in the large opening on the back then sanded and primered the first coat as seen in the next 2 pics!
now its basically the same butwith the buttons and everything. i might fix the little cracks and stuff and get it REALLY smooth and paint it glossy but i dunno.
I want one, but I dont want to pay
