Well I'm looking to get a high powered laser light, And I was wondering what recommendations you have im thinking between a 35 to 75mW.

They may be strong, but the beam is incredibly thin, probably not even visible to the human eye. Also, I think that with lasers you have to focus them just right to do things like pop baloons.
