Ask a Question for our Podcast #6!

Post by benheck » Mon Oct 23, 2006 2:47 pm

Yes, this was suggested to me, and is a good idea. Do you have any questions you'd like to ask us for the podcast? Why not post them here?

The topics must fall within videogames and technology, so don't ask what our favorite color zebra is or what we think of kelp. You can ask about our movies or other relevant things like that.

Format them like this as replies to this topic:

Question - "Why do you hate the Wii so much?"

Question - "What did you guys think of the Sega Nomad?"

We'll pick the best 5 or so questions and answer them in the next podcast before the main topics start. A "mailbag" if you will. Deadline is Sunday afternoon or so.

Have fun!

Do you think Sony's going to hit the bandwagon and get some real online support for the PayStation 3, try and fail, or not even try?

Question: "<b>Do you guys think Nintendo is relying on gimmicks and redundancy to make money, what with the 'virtual console' on the Wii, the remade SNES GBA games, and other ports?</b>"

Edit: question-y part boldified. :P

You two are two of the only four on these forums that do not like the Wii. How does it feel to be hated by 2260 members?

question: How much tech is too much? Games should be more about the plot/gameplay than the graphics, shouldn't they?

Hehheh, my question...

Ben, do you even have a job, other than making portables? I know you used to work at that sign shop, but I remember you once mentioning that you don't anymore. I have a theory that you won the lottery and just won't tell anyone.

The funny thing is, I'm actually serious :P

I'll be honest with you - I would have never guessed that.

Question
Why aren't we seeing any of these NesPs that you said that you were going to start producing like the phoenixs?
Question2
Why does the Wii cost so much? I mean the Wii is basicly an Xbox with a fancy controller and Wi-Fi and you can get a core 360 for $50 more (the point is not that anybody would actually buy a core 360 but still, the 360's hardware is far more advanced) so what makes the Wii cost so much?
I have been wondering this for a while now. I don't know why people are so excited to run out and pay $250 for something that they already own.
