When you sleep, your brain weakens the new links it has formed that day. If it didn't, your brain would take more energy to power than the rest of your body in two days. By weakening those links, it weakens your memories--slightly. But this only happens in deep sleep, not REM, where you have dreams.Kurt_ wrote:No, I mean the chemicals that control your emotions and such. Not quite sure where it is, but iot's somewhere in the middle of your brain. The something or others and such! You know!?
I'm lacking names right now, but your brain needs to rebuild some chemicals and such.
I have done that, too. It really bothers me when I find out I don't really have it.vb_master wrote:One time I dreamed I got something I wanted and I woke up and was like WTF where is my thing. That has actually happened to me several times.
