in australia it is and ripping music for an mp3 player is and recording off the radio...

oh! and if you film somehting for tv and the radio is on the background it is an offence punishable by a big fine....

So umm...hypotheticlly, If I wanted to burn a game then uhhh... could I do it with the last version of nero, in the link you sent me,...not that I would or anything..

And isnt the oldversion.com thing illegal? Thats unathorized reproduction.
