Limited acess virus?

Limited acess virus?

I can only access the internet via firefox portable. IE loads but has the "Failed to connect to server" message. Reguler firefox fails to run at all. I've tried reinstalling windows but i get the " Microsoft windows has reported a problem" screen whenever I try to install tiney xp ver.9.

The only thing that I've found works is right clicking on your IE desktop icon and selecting "Start without add-ons" I have the same problem going on. Of course, you can't go to youtube, or flash games, but whatever.

How far into the installation is it when you get that error? If its after you choose the partition to install to, make sure you delete the current partition and them make a new one. If its before that, pop in a linux LiveCD and delete the partition.
