LCD Wiring

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

LCD Wiring

Post by Jakeyboy » Sat Jun 05, 2010 12:58 pm

Alright, to keep it short and sweet i want to hook a computer to a little 7 inch LCD i stole from a Phillips SPF3007D/G7 Digital Picture frame.

I need help. I got it out and it looks lovely but we have a nice tiny 30 pin? (would be my guess) plug and a second two pin plug(for Power) if i just leave the two pin plug on we get a pretty white screen, and then when you plug in the 30ish pin one we get the input from the picture frame. How can i get this wired up to a vga or something similar? I couldnt find any pinout diagrams online?

Help! Thanks, Jake

If you need any other info, just let me know.

**Scratch that, about 60 pins, i started to count.
