Psone flickering

Just got done wiring everything in my n64p and about 15 mins into test playing it my psone screen started to distort and flicker slowly getting worse over time...
any suggestions on how to fix this?

Get some better batteries that don't suck. I'd almost bet you're using AAs.

um... same with me but when i push the screen down a little it stopps...
any ideas ?

Make sure the ribbon cable from the lcd is connected fully to the motherboard.
