Hi im new here and need advice

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

I don't know if you'd specifically want to, since that's used for holding up trees

Hey, don't feel bad...it happens. I heard 24-26 gauge stranded wire is good for the standard wiring.

1 screen 50-100 ( psone screen is perfect for your first time)
2 system 25-75 (depending on what you use whether it is a snes mini, fc twin or retro duo
3 parts 25-75 ( you can check the list for the parts for the snes mini at benheck.com under kits and books tab)
4 tools, the best place i found to get a cheap multimeter and solder gun is at harborfreight.com others would be radio shack or ebay( maybe about 30-75 depending what you already have)
5 I can't think of anything else at the moment, if i miss anything my bad.

Any further questions just ask, everybody here is very helpful. Also congrats on might being a dad. :D
