Use a multimeter to find the connection that is ground, then compare that to the other set of pins, for example, if "X" is ground and "-" is everything else; if you find:
----X--
and the other side is
--X----
then you know the connector on the left (top pic) connects to the right (bottom pic).

thank you for your help but i dont own a multimeter
i was hoping someone has one of these screens and can tell me witch wire goes where cuz i know some of them criss cross

Well, that's how I wired it on my NES portable, and its screen works fine, so I would assume the diagram is correct.
