Screen FAQ / useful info

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Might be cheaper to use a multimedia projector aimed at a big white tarp outside at night...

But hijacking megaview screens is FUN!

During a football game, just as the home team makes the winning touch down, hack into the screen and start playing NFL 2K2 for DC. That would rock! 8) The football leadheads would kill you though :( ....

If you want sound to come out of your speakers yes you do. Unless the Switch lead is touching the left and right lead it will think a headset is pluged in and send the sound to the left and right headphone leads.

not really, but make sure you have a ground wire for both power and av....
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
