Might be cheaper to use a multimedia projector aimed at a big white tarp outside at night...
But hijacking megaview screens is FUN!

During a football game, just as the home team makes the winning touch down, hack into the screen and start playing NFL 2K2 for DC. That would rock!
The football leadheads would kill you though
....

i live in australi and we have PAL video i was just wondering if PSone screen is region encoded?
if it is and i have to buy one from australia or england would this guide be any different?

If you want sound to come out of your speakers yes you do. Unless the Switch lead is touching the left and right lead it will think a headset is pluged in and send the sound to the left and right headphone leads.

Here are the total dimensions of psone screen:
Top to bottom about 13.5cm (5.3")
Left to right:14.5cm (5.7")
Thickness of screen and pcb: 0.6cm (1/4inch)

here are the wires for the intec screen pad
red = audio
white = audio
yellow = video
brown = audio/video ground
black = V-
orange = V+

for psone screens, does it matter which ground pins you use for AV and power and do i need to use all the ground pins?

not really, but make sure you have a ground wire for both power and av....
Without games my life would have no meaning.

i was reading bens guide for hacking psone screen and it doesnt mention anything about the +5v to pin.....12 I think it is.....yeah so heres a llink to the guide..
