Gamecube motherboard GND?

Post by Darkwisdom » Thu Aug 02, 2012 2:50 am

I'm pretty new to gamecube modding and portabalizing.

So my question is noobish and probably foolish. Where is the best GND point on a gamecube's motherboard, or is there a better point i should use when portabalizing? My soldering skills are pretty decent, and i've got a steady hand, so complex soldering isn't a problem for me.

I know that for electronic ground points there is a central point for all ground points, but i'm unsure where. Thank you in advance, sorry if my question is silly and don't slate me for it please.

Find the power jack, find the negative pin and using a multimeter just test various points like the shield or were it touches the board. There will be various points for GND on the board.
