ps3/ logitech controller "remote box" for the n64

Hello guys and gals, today I had a idea. The idea is to have a Ps3 or logitech controllers to a remote box that hooks into a n64. And having full access to the n64 and game remotly using a ps3/logitech "wireless" controller, however I know there is a lot of reverse engineering, and I do have the protocols for the n64 and the ps3 controllers off of the net. I have plenty of parts and time, I would like to see if there is someone one out there to assiste me on whats neeeded for a project like this. Please help me out of this is possible using old with the new.

This isn't going to work.
You'd be better of using an N64 controller and an Xbee.
