(ZCP) Psone screen composite fix + best power battery HELP??

gamerlolwind here
after my sad alpha test of my psone and PAL GC, it turns out my gc may be finished, my psone screen turns on fine, the gc fan works, but no video/auido from gc on screen.

i rewired my 4 composite connections to the psone screen. nothing.

i have some questions for the psone screen

um, will this fix work for me?

or if i just wire the composite/right/left/ground to the headphone area and use the multipart on the psone screen on the gc av jack or it's multi jack?

I've seen vids on youtube of testing the prone screen to the gc, but with no wring, but maybe by multipart plugging in the cable in the gc multi jack.

and about powering the pose screen with a li ion battery (just the screen as I'm getting a second cube and a rechargeable battery pack for it)

um, the DC say is used 7.5v, if i on of these, which would be best?

this one would be step down reg (Adjustable) to 7.5v which i have ready.
