ps2 slim video problem

ps2 slim video problem

Ok... So I got a new ps2 slim very cheap like 15$ and it does not output video or audio.
It is a PAL and the tv was tested with another ps2 slim,same model.The fan works,it resets, it reads DVDs but does not output audio or video.
Can somebody help?
