GCp help needed

Post by griehm » Sun Aug 14, 2011 1:32 am

Hey guys, just looking for some help with a gcp I'm doing.
So, first -Can some one give me the locations of where I can attach the controller leads to on the main mobo? I'd like to cut off that connector but I'm unsure of where to solder the connections.
second -Can someone give me the locations of the Solder points for the drive PCB? I've seen some, but not all the connections were used. Are most ground pins?

And any other tips would be awesome, thanks. I've done a PSone portable so I'm not clueless, just in need of practice. The PSone was done several months ago, and I've been busy with other projects since.

Wow, you are awesome. Do you sell cases? The ones you've are pretty sweet...

Hmmm. I would almost buy a completed unit but it ruins the fun...
So far it all makes some sense, just confused on a couple things but I'll figure it out
I'm wanting to do my own design, and for materials I'm going to use metal sheets, possibly with a slide up screen, but that's only if it isn't going to be possible... *sigh I'll probably be stuck with a standard case.
