I just wired my gamecube to a 11.1v battery pack, and everything is going well so far. Unfortunately, the fan that came with the gamecube is not working. I have 2, so I know nothings wrong with them. Does anyone have a solution to this problem, or know of any fans that will accept this voltage?

Those fans need 12 volts. You are giving them 11.1 volts. That is your problem.

voltage<required voltage = no worky

You have two distinct choices:
1. Get a 5v fan
2. get 12v batteries
3. Bacon

Hmm... This is quite problematic.

Answers:
1. Is there website you can recommend for buying a fan?
2. New batteries would cost $80 to $100, which is too hard on my already dwindling budget.
3. Good idea! *Starts the barbecue, eats bacon, drinks bacon juice*

For most fans, if you undervolt them, they will still run, just slower RPM.

Is your battery pack fully charged? It should be about 12.6V fully charged (if it's lithium), which could be bad for the fan. Maybe that's the issue.

Actually, yeah, it does work for a while. But after 15 minutes, it just shuts off. I think I night just get a 5v fan and a 7805 regulator, so I can be sure it's going to work all the time.
