I'm new to benheck, and I'm building a portable gamecube. So far I have taken everything apart and made the main PCB smaller by emoving the extra ports. I have a ps one screen. I need to know what battery to get. So far I have determined that I want a NiMH and would prefer 5000 ma or up. Also I need to know about a case. I am thinking about getting a zn45 from polycase.com. Any advice would be lots of help. If anyone has a guide on EXACTLY making a portable gamecube, that would be great.
Re: Help with Gamecube Portable
There is a gamecube guide/faq in the reference section of these forums that'd be of great help to you. Polycase cases are also really good.

battery guide:
http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=34576" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
(unless you're using a custom regulator, you need either 11.1 or 14.8 volts)
gamecube portable guide:

That's as complete of a guide you're going to find. It's DIY for obvious reasons.
EDIT: oooh you want nimh.... look around batteyspace.com
this one might be good...http://www.batteryspace.com/nimhbattery ... rboat.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Help with Gamecube Portable
Thank yall for the help. One more thing I forgot to mention is I do not know how to frankenmod a case. I have seen ones that are frankenmodded (I think thats what its called) and it seems like an epoxy is used.
