I've gotten everything to create a Mac-inspired PS2p, and there is one problem- I can see how to solder external buttons to the PS2 controller. The part I'm worried about is the plastic film part, I can't find any simple leads. Does anyone know how to do this? I was thinking of following each lead to the connector, and then just making a whole new button board (sorry if you don't get it) but I'm not sure it'll work.
PLEASE HELP ME! I'd like to get this done as soon as I can.

Re: PS2p controller help!
As I recall Bacteria made a pinout of the ps1/ps2 controller and you can solder the data wire to one pin on the ps2 controller and one to ground (any piece of metal without electricity going to it). But I cant find the picture so I will use a different one.
On the top right there are 12 solder points one being on the left and 12 on the right. Here is the pinout
1 analog
2 left
3 down
4 right
5 up
6 select
7 start
8 L2
9 R2
10 L1
11 R1
12 Ground
I hope this helps and I have made a ps2 portable so shoot me a pm if you have some questions!
