i tried to turn on the gc with the original power adaptor but i forgot to take out the battery and now the power adaptor is ruined :wtf:
just telling this as a warning so you don't make the same mistake :mrgreen:

Uhh, explain please? All I got was that you put in the power supply when some battery was still in and it broke the power supply. You mean batteries you were using for a portable? Or what?

Maybe he unscrewed his gamecube, dropped in a whole lot of watch batteries, turned on the gamecube, and it sent 12v through the already fried motherboard.
