I don't have the datasheet handy, but I believe you combine Vsync and Hsync off the IC after throwing it into RGB mode into C-sync, which the PSOne screen needs.

No problem, if I need to wire up V and H, it is all in the stickies.

I've got a feeling it's one of those once in a lifetime finds. That was the only time that I had ever seen them with any, so I swiped them up quickly. Luckily, nobody else knew of their value.

So was this everybody. Check the link again. They are no longer in stock. And the price has skyrocketed. Good thing I got mine while it was only 47 bucks :P
