remove the parentheses from (500),(500) and make it something regular, like 800x480 since your video is wide.

That's a riot! I think you should go back and make some hardware updates as well, such as DVD/CD playback. If full-size discs are rubbing, you can probably trim the edges of the casing so it's not touching. Also, I eagerly await the Sega GameCast.
