It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

That never stopped you before.
If you force us to wait until you've made it look nice, we may never see it. :P

Yeah, thanks for the package palmer! I finally got it!

I'd probably post up pics, like I said, if I really felt like I would get a good reception. Especially with the amount of work I put into it, I really don't like it being brought down. :|

If you believe it's good, why don't you show us and we'll either approve or give constructive criticism?

You know, kyo, I don't remember if you were around or not, but this forums definition of constructive criticism is certainly the same as other forums definition of flaming. :? I know you wouldn't, but I'm sure others would.

To any of you who are fairly interested, shoot me a pm and I'll pm you a link to a video I'll make here in a second. It will be on a separate account.

EDIT: I just noticed: vskid, It stopped me from actually submitting my 6th. I put up a WIP picture and a video, but both are outdated.

I was around. In fact, I've been teasing you myself occasionally. Nothing serious, though.

But SS, you can't deny that the others don't have a point to some degree. Remember the car battery wii portable?

Yes, I do remember all of my portables. Most of their points are(no pun intended) pointless. What I don't understand is how one can attribute an entire portables worth of work to just the case. A common argument is that "thats all we(forum users) can see." My question is, what is the point of making the portable look good if it is only for you(forum users)? If I'm happy with it, why should I have to work harder to change it, just because someone I may never meet is not satisfied? The reaction I get here in comparison the the reaction of people who actually meet me and actually see it/play it are totally different. Which is why I have chosen not to make it public, and instead, only share it with those who are interested.

An idea inspired by your last post: A portable mockup contest. All case, no portable!

Pride in your work? a sense of accomplishment for making something that not only works well but LOOKS good to boot? being able to show off your skills without others going "WTF IS THAT?!?!"

I already said I was proud of it. And I already have a sense of accomplishment. If your not from this site, you are going to ask what it is anyway. :|

I am one of the chosen ones that got to see it, and SS is just sandbagging all you guys. IT IS INCREDIBLE! If it WERE to be improved, it could only be by a small degree, and it would elevate it to the status of "Godly". :P

Good job SS, I hope I can actually finish a portable these days.

Confused. Relevant?

I do not own Halo 3, perhaps I am missing reference.
