xbox 360 portable design concept (56k warning)

ok so for about an 1 and a half, i decided to start working on my custom casing for my 360 portable (unfourntly the 360 just shipped back to TX for repairs) anyways, so i did this in google sketchup and i need to know some things

1st - can a laptop drive be used, and have FatX
2nd - would it be a good idea to have a latch to open the top of the 360 case? reason i want to do this is so it's easier instead of having to mess with the screws from the bottom case
3rd - can someone show me a picture of the sata input on the top of the xbox 360 (like the inside and where the sata cord goes to) (this is so i can move this wire around)
4th - since the 19 inch widescreen doesn't have the sound port, is it possible to wire a usb sound in there and run the usb cord to the xbox?

If your using vga just wire the stereo sound up direct from the xbox.

k, thx for that suggestion, im waiting for school to start so i can build the casing because my tech ed teachers have a cnc machine and some other dremel stuff

thx again, yea can't wait for my xbox to get back so i can start wiring this thing up, the thing i did as well was how ben started his new laptop for THQ, he had a hdd bay which i liked, and then if its possible like i said, im going to use a laptop hard drive and see if i can get fat x on it, this way i can mount it on the top of the bottom casing and allow more air to pass through for the mother board to stay nice and cool for good times. but yea, ima probably just wire some small speakers to the xbox then. I did get some progress as well cause i call my teacher that uses the cnc machine and he said he'll cut it for free if i supply the materials. One question i have is that did ben use a steel like material? if so, ill probably go with that then to use for the inside. For the outside, I was going to build the casing from a plastic of some sort and then paint it something, like halo or cod 4 something like that then.

Oh and about the computer god thing, yea its pretty sweet as well as rocking on 30,000 kbps (not fios)

When you rip people off, you lose that right to act all indignant that people would call you out. How was I to know that you had talked to him? People keep track of the good traders and the bad ones, and last anyone heard, you were on the bad list.

Don't get all defensive just because you scammed a forum member and someone pointed it out. And I was not "blabering", as you say, I actually made a coherent post with good grammar that merely pointed out obvious stuff. Unlike you, who resorts to baseless personal insults with just enough sentence structure to barely get your point across...

Um, could he in any ways scam someone by posting a concept of a 360 laptop? Its not like he was trying to sell something or anything like that. His sales record has nothing to do with this.
I seem to remember another person getting in trouble with the mods....

i used sketchup since i cant really afford cs for mac, but I havn't fully gotton use to taken on screen pics (theres a lot of combo's u gotta press in order to take certain stuff if i recall) but other then that, i was trying out my Cannon-shot camera that my dad got me. But other then that, i dont want this topic to go off topic.

Update August 17: Picked up a new dremel, probally going to use this for helping to sand the outside or something. Dad is going out monday to hobby shop to get some supplys.

One more offtopic post: Sorry skyone, you are right. I just got scammed by someone else, and thus I am on the warpath.

SS is right, I did some bad stuff, disappeared for 4 months, came back, and most people are okay with me now. Except gordon1 and mothatrucka.

Anyway, I will stop being an ass. Even if I had good points and excellent grammar.

The concept is ok... working it out will be harder than you think. I wish someone would make a 360OAC.
