Broken PSP UMD

Post by DK » Sat Jun 23, 2007 11:35 am

Ok here's the problemo. I have a copy of Wipeout, but the UMD cover thing s dodgy. The clear plastic cover is loose and so the game isn't working. Any ideas how to repair it??

Hmm.. I've never had a umd before, can you post some closeups of what it looks like, and I'll try to help. I hope you can fix that tho.

You could always get the cheapest UMD game or movie you can find and swap the cases.

I removed the disc from my Spiderman 2 movie UMD because the case was breaking and I don't like the movie. Its a lot easier to clean them outside the case, stupid Sony, should've had a door on the hole instead of making it a dust trap.

Lol, my brother opened the case on his first UMD game the day he got a PSP. He spent so long trying to get the case open . I think it was Spiderman 2. The people at Gamestop just gave him another copy.
