Looking for N64 3rd Party Expansion Pak info

I'm wanting to take a shot at an N64 on-board RAM transplant, and towards that goal, I need 2 4Mbit RAM chips. I know I can get one out of an official Expansion Pack, but those are a bit expensive, so I was wanting to know if anyone can tell me which 3rd party Expansion Packs use 1 4Mbit chip as opposed to 2x2Mbit (since I know some of them do that).
