N64 controller on portable

Hello I'm making a nintendo 64 portable and was wondering if I could use a PSone joy stick as kind of a C stick (of course connecting it and using the third party controller the "super pad 64 plus".). I just though this would be handy for games like "GoldenEye" and some others. Thanks I appreciate it!
