I had two SNES systems laying around that belonged to my older brothers. Neither would power on, so I replaced the fuses in each system. One system worked fine after that. The other would not, and I'm guessing it's because the round piece in the middle of the ac input is broken. Is this fixable without ordering something like this http://www.nesrepairshop.com/online_sho ... ductID=477" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;?
I also noticed it uses the newer, smaller board. If I can't easily fix this, would it be possible for someone with minimal electronics experience to convert it into a SNESp?
Thanks

Re: Issue powering on SNES system
You can try to put a small piece of metal in its place (e.g. part of a paper clip) but you're better off replacing the connector
