Pins fell out of motherboard

While removing the ports from my motherboard, some of the pins fell out, leaving only the holes. I figure I should still be able to solder the holes, but I want to make sure this is okay. Can I still resolder the points if the pins fell out? If not, can I fix this?

Are you talking about the extension port on the bottom of the n64? If so you don't need to fill them up.

Well if you plan on bridging the power switch and using the player ports then yes you solder the holes.
