A few questions for my portable

Post by FLAPJACKDAN » Sat May 21, 2011 6:33 am

1. How do I add a jack that a tv can plug into and have a switch inside the portable that changes from the screen and sound to the jack/tv?
2. Is there a tutorial or something that shows how to relocate the expansion port on the n64 controller?
3. How do I make a switch that changes from internal controller to player One port?

Why do you need a guide?

You de-solder the port. Extend the wires and solder them back to the port.

people never install a switch that toggles between the built in screen and the av out, they just put a switch on the power lines to the screen/speakers so when you connect it to the tv you can turn off the portable's screen/speakers.

1. Also what is that sheet called that is used to separate the circuit boards that people use in their portables?
2. Would any Super Pad work with this mod? http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=36276" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
3. How do I wire up the headphone jack?
