Which capacitors do I get audio and video from?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Which capacitors do I get audio and video from?

SS has been tryingto help me with this, and its just not working for me.
I have one tapped right now and its definitely video, but it is scrolling and scrambly beyond use.

Any help?

check ground and maybe try the other side of the cap.
