Carefully pulling off the ports for the plugs on the mobo will give you good pads to use.

Do you mean by pulling off the plastic piece that the plug goes into I will have more room to solder to the metal prongs? Will using the wires that were connected to the male side of the plugs not work?

If you don't have solder, you need to get some bro. Rosin core would be best, as it has the flux already in it.

That's why your solder won't stick, you're trying to reuse old solder that has no flux.

Just waiting on the case now, and i have one last bit to finish up.

I'm a little curious about how I'm gonna go about charging this thing, what kind of port do i use to charge this, the batteries are 7.4 volts and 4200Mah. I know how to connect it, just not what I'm looking for or how to charge while playing.

I should have this done as soon as i receive the case :D It shouldn't take too long to install into the case. i cant wait to show you guys this thing completely finished :D

There seem to be this one
http://www.all-battery.com/universalsma ... cells.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
this should work with these
http://www.all-battery.com/74vli-polyme ... packs.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Remember to take special precautions when charging.
especially on a universal charger.

This plug seems right
http://www.valley-ent.com/catalog/21mm- ... p-655.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It has the terminals marked on them.

EDIT: The one you picked isn't a 5.5mm x 2.1mm female Barrel its a 5.5 x 2.5 mm

EDIT: Somebody correct me if his plug would work.

It seem that you cannot use a 5.5, 2.5 mm plug as show by the bottom of this page with the picture of plugs
http://www.powerstream.com/li-chargers-1-cell.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
it shows that need a adapter to get a 5.5, 2.1 mm to 5.5, 2.5 mm
You should most likely use the plug i suggested to you.

Type M jack.
http://www.radioshack.com/product/index ... Id=2102486" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Or that one from batteryspace will work.
