when stepping up the voltage you need to convert the power to watts as the 3.7v battery will be drawing more ma compared to a 7.4 running he same circuit. and id think that you would be getting more like 1-2 hours depending on your screen

if you used a ps1 original,(like im doing) how do you power the mother board?
