Battery and Ti regulator for n64p?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

So im going to use these

but i dont know what protection circut to use, or charger, or charge jack.
and whould this be an okay regulator?

easier just to buy battery packs off ebay
i got a 3 cell 12v li-poly pack with charger for 22 aud a while back
