Looking for a way to extend the GD-ROM ribbon cable (that goes from the controller board to the laser) or, preferably, purchase a longer cable (at least 3-4x length of the original).
If anyone has a Digi-key parts number or link to a longer cable, please let me know. The current one is way too short and soldering cables to compensate for the short ribbon cable will not work for what I'm trying to do.
