I would venture to say that there isn't a Psp slim battery in existence that is anywhere over 1800mAh actual power.

Re: First N64p project...advice/help?
If I'm using tactile switches for some of my buttons, do I need those funny grid things with holes? Or can I just glue them to the case somewhere?
Another Q: If I have one 6 cell circuit with 7.2v and 1500maH and the regulaator and capacitors hooked up. how would I add another 7.2v circuit to this to double the voltage?

There actually is a 3600mAh PSP Slim battery. I own it and it came with replacement battery cover to accomadate for the larger size. I got it at Walmart so it's legit But the point is that using PSP batteries is just not the best choice... You can use the original buttons or tact switches, whatever is easier.

I guarantee that it is less than a 2200mAh battery. I'd put money on it.

But he says it's bigger than normal size...needs a special back cover to accommodate it. So instead of my 12 cell circuit...what batteries would you suggest?
Update: Perhaps 2 of these? http://www.batteryspace.com/highpowerpo ... arate.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Or these for more maH http://www.batteryspace.com/highpowerpo ... isted.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Lol I was being sarcastic guys . I know that it's probably not the advertised size but it certainly was an improvement over the stock battery.hailrazer wrote:I guarantee that it is less than a 2200mAh battery. I'd put money on it.

So my tactile switches came..(look like this http://www.mouser.com/catalog/specsheets/MS-100612.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) what do I solder to? just one of the pins sticking out of the side?
Re: First N64p project...advice/help?
well if you look at the diagram, you solder to a leg on the top and the other connection on the bottom. Refer to the diagram on the right below the drawing of the switch.
Re: First N64p project...advice/help?
Yep. And for those who don't want to think about it, using pins diagonal from each other always works.Kyo wrote:well if you look at the diagram, you solder to a leg on the top and the other connection on the bottom. Refer to the diagram on the right below the drawing of the switch.
