ZN-45 is overused IMO. The mock-up is certainly less than convincing, but good luck to you anyways.

If I may offer some advice - don't try to make plans about the layout and stuff of the portable without getting an empty ZN-45 and all the parts (the controller ports, screen, etc) and fitting them around in the case to see if it will work (it won't be perfect, but hey).
Also, the PSOne screen will need a tiny bit of trimming to fit into the ZN-45 case (no LED mod required, however)
