How do I cut the psone board?

How do I cut the psone board?

I got a pretty good idea of how to install the leds, its the cutting of the board that I'm worried about. I was thinking of using a dremel but I don't want the board to crack and sever a trace.

The board won't crack. The dremel slices through it like butter.

Also, there is no tension on the board created by the dremel.

I've used my (heavier duty) wire cutters to do it, and it works really well.

Ok, so the board should be fine. When I wire up the leds the way I'm thinking it will work is just wire up all the positive leads and all the negative leads and solder the positive to the battery (7.4v) and all the negative to ground. Is this right or is it a little more complicated?
