Anybody knows what is the purpose of these dip-swhitch in the sega genesis?

Never seen one of those in a Genesis. Could it be a blessing from the sega god? A stock region-mod? Do you see any JP1-4 contacts anywhere else on the board?

It was assembled in Argentina and therefore may differ from the other models of Genesis.

Well its obvious those 2 don't match up, since yours is a Genesis 2, and link is a Genesis 1, but it may be possible that the dip switches on your board produce the same results. Just knowing the sequence is the hard part...
