Helpless new guy looking for help, Part 2.

Hey, one or two of you may vaguely remember me from one topic I made, asking about putting an NESp into an SNES cart. Well, after playing through a good deal of Chrono Trigger for the first time, I've decided to build an SNESp instead. I was hoping to still maybe use my Super Game Boy cart, but I figured the SNES needed way more space and wouldn't fit. Then I came up with the idea of using http://www.myvu.com/SoloPlusStandardEdition-P86.aspx these, and was wondering how I should go about getting a NOAC for SNES (sNOAC?), how best to do it, and whether my idea is just a load of S from the start.
