can some one explain EXACTLY what a PicoPSU is, and EXACTLY how it works and how to use it..much obliged.

A pico PSU is a very small Power Supply Unit.
And this is where you can purchase it.
I thought this was for an xbox... :facepalm:

so does it supply its own power? or do i hook up a battery to it? if it supplies its own, how much and at what Mah. if i hook up a battery, where do i hook it. and how do i use this? thanks for the help.

You can either wire a battery to it, or you can run whatever it is off wall power.
I'm not sure how though.

okay..so i gotta provide input? good. now i just need to know how/where to put it in. is it the black cable?

The white wire is 12v input, the black on is ground. Look on google for ATX pinout to see where to get 12v/5v/3.3v adn be aware that you gotta link PWR_ON and GND for the PSU to turn ON.
