This is a freakin awesome build. Love it. It gives me a great idea for a project. Thanks.
If it doesn't matter who wins or loses, then why the hell do you keep score?

Re: Project GBOsnes NEW PICS 05/29/09!!!!!
Working on it, should have updates in the next couple days! my method for case building goes like this:
1. Get an idea for a case
2. get the source shell (a DMG-001 original gameboy in this case, no pun intended)
3. do rough cuts and eyeballing to get the size right, some measuring and tweaking to get the size you want
4. cut peices to fill the gaps and hotglue in place, check to make sure its still the right size/shape and nice and square
5. use liquid ABS plastic to fill the gaps, after prepping the case for it (i use a dremel to cut groves and at an angle for more surface area for adhesion)
6. after the abs has set up remove the hotglue and fill in the gaps, and after THAT has set up do a rough sand
7. go from 80 grit to 125 grit then to 400 grit, fill with bondo as nesicary for nice even consistant surface!
8. keep checking, rechecking and tweaking the case till its perfect
9.???
10. PROFIT!
