:0 Exactly.
Update also: I WILL be getting the VGA box tomorrow. Garunteed by the post office. (If not, I get some type of discount. :3)
The VGA box for the dreamcast is amazing as it lets the dreamcast run in 480p mode. Which looks a LOT better than 480i for the dreamcast. Heck the VGA box I'm getting, has svideo out so I can even use the svideo in my TV for enhanced definition. (So, with the VGA box I can output: 480p, enhanced definition or 480i. So even when I use the dreamcast on the TV, I can go through SVideo which will look much better than composite on the dreamcast.)
I suggest any of you dreamcast lovers pick up one of these. There supposed to be amazing and there supposed to really enhance the graphics and resolution of the dreamcast. Well worth $20.
If a vga box isnt availiable, get a VGA cord. They do NOT have svideo or composite out. BUT they have VGA out still.

Update: Got the Item today. Works on my 17inch monitor. Awsome. Heres some pics:
Sonic Adventure 2 Trial Title
Sonic Adventure 2 Trial Ingame
SF3rd Strike Title
SF3rd Strike VS
SF3rd Strike Ingame
You may see some dotcrawl/pixelization on the games and there is some discoloration on chunli. This is due to a monitor setting. I'll fix it later.
Tell me what you guys think. I do see a color and graphical improvement.
The Sonic Ingame Picture may look choppy and thats because I zoomed my camera in so it did a close up of sonic. The game does NOT look this way on the screen. It looks a lot better.
I'm buying plastic and Hinges this weekend.

K, it's no big deal, I just wanted it for novelty. I'm going to be puting the 3D model from the trial into the final anyway I'm good at hacking DC games, I can change the level models, and layouts, and character models for Sonic andventure 1 ^_^, and even found the prototype dragon enemy from Sky chase ^_^. I just need to find myself a non-selfboot SA2.
Anyway, enough off-topic.
I hope you finish this, as not many Dreamcast projects seem to get finished. I don't know If mine will get finished even, because I run into money problems a lot. Glad it works on your monitor though, as lots of LCD's from about 1 to 2 years ago don't seem to accept 640*480. (Or maybe my monitors just suck )
Also, Third Strike FTW!

Update:
Whats done in this update:
Cut all plexiglass to approximate size
Bought Hinges
Bought Gluegun and gluesticks
Bought JB KWIK (Quick Set JB Weld)
What needs to be done:
Sanding and Trimming of plexiglass to exact size
Drilling holes for power and monitor
Putting case together with hotglue
JB Welding Hinges to Monitor (and Hinges to Case)
Think I can get this all done in 2 weeks? I think I can.

How did you learn that? Anyway I have a copy somewhere around the house I could give to you.
