I can not tell a thing from your pictures, I'm pretty sure most other people will tell you the same thing seeing as they are so damn blurry

try the macro function if your camera has one, G-force even scans some of his stuff with a sheet over it and it works fine.

I think you should get some solder braid then try and get rid of all that excess solder, and try some smaller wire like IDE cable

:shock: OMG - you need to practice soldering, especially to tiny wires close together. Even if you use desoldering braid, you might not avoid a short given the blobs of solder on the board!

How are you getting solder all over everything? You should probably try practicing your soldering techniques on some junk electronics before tackling something like this. You're probably going to short something if you don't find a way to get those solder blobs off of everything.

I got the ZN-40 case from Polycase.com. If you get it, choose the "flush/textured" option.
