Ask and answered several hundred times.

The Saturn is huge and so is the disc drive. A portable Saturn would basically be the same size as the Saturn shell.

as long as it can be held, looks good, and gets atleast 1.5 hours of battery life...i think its worth it cause there are good games on it. When i get a lot better i might attempt it cause i have one lying around in my attic.

Unfinished one because I suck at making case (and "real-life" taking all my time): http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?t=18283" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Some info on pico-psu there.
