need a replacment C26 component for the snes mini board...

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

is there any way to get a replacment tiny thing Labled C26 on the snes mini board? or does any one have a dead snes mini board that still has it on there?

It sounds like just a capacitor. you should be able to get a replacement from radio shack easily enough, if you can still read the values.

I am in the US, any way you coul ship it to the US?(I will pay shipping if you want )I woud preferr not just the componet because it is a milimeter thick(tiny)

Just replace it, C36 is definently a capacitor and it's probably gonna cost you only a few cents in you're regular electronics store. No need to order any by mail.

Agreed. But nobody knows what its capacity is. I doubt anyone has one of those fancy meters.

kurt, you dont have to "ship" it, you can just put it in an envelope and mail it. it would cost like a dollar.

anyways, i dont think radio shack sells surface mount capacitors. you might have some trouble putting a normal big one back on there...

does the snes work still? not all the capacitors are necessary

You're right on the first point, although I don't see any problems about a through-hole component not fitting on the board; simply extend the leads so they're not in the way, and have it wrap around the mobo.

I want to try any thing to make it work, (it took me 2 days to relocate the cart slot the fisti get it to work, I can stuff it into the case and its done:D time, 1 day for the second time...)And I have everything hooked up, one
