Thats Secret of Mana running
i used 2 7.2v 2700mah batterys and kept the psone screen unmodded because i like the backlight how it is, and i dont wana mess with it.
has a headphone jack and the L and R buttons are "A" buttons from a N64 controller.

Very nice job :P How did you hook up the L and R buttons? Did you wire it up from the controller pcb to a tact switch? Have fun playing snes in all its glory!

ya the L and R are just wired to the controller pcb just replaced the old wires with longer ones, didnt use any tact switches on this one just all original parts :)
used some hot glue to hold the pieces in place and bam good to go.

UPDATE!
i decided that placing the snesp down and having it rest on the game was a bad idea and would somtimes even freeze games by jaring the cartridge like that! So i made a stand for it by bending a metal hanger into the shape of the box and attaching it to the back. It folds down when u play and if u have to set it down for a sec lets the snesp rest nicely and no ware and tare on the game/cartridge slot!

Here is the stand in action
