Really this kind of thing is more suited I think to you getting a full list of Dreamcast games and looking by genre. There are an absolute ton of games for the sytem.

I couldn't say yes or no, I had found a server for PSO, however that was do like 2 years ago and I have lost the bookmark for it. Best thing for you to do is a google search.

can u play quake III online still, also how common are the broadband adapters/how much do they usually go for, does the dreamcast work decently for browsing the web and what not

Don't know about Quake III. I can tell you that with a good dialup connection you can have a nice online experiance. I haven't used it as I haven't found a server to connect to, my main computer doesn't run Windows and lacks a dialup modem.
